This bot will extract all the information from a view and export it into an Excel file. You have this bot run every day and obtain a report automatically.  

You can use this bot to: 

• Retrieve information from Dynamics using the Fetch XML from a view
• Create reports using native xlsx functionalities
• Learn how to use input dialogs to select files

Prerequisites:

Use the Advanced Query feature in Dynamics CRM and export the xml by clicking the ”Download Fetch XML” button in the advanced find dialog.
