This bot demonstrates how Automate can use the Send Email action to send a short email and have it delivered to a mobile phone as SMS.

Most mobile carriers offer free Email To SMS gateways which can be used to forward simple text emails to a mobile phone. And the majority of those gateways are free and available to the general public.

You need to configure your email server before putting the bot to work. To configure the the email server in Automate you have to go to Management Console->Options->Default Properties->Email and fill the fields with your server information.

You can use this bot to:

• Send the content of emails via SMS service
• Improve your notification services
